Super Select 4WD-II uses an electronic dial selector for on-the-fly switching. Its four settings are 2H for normal road conditions, 4H for slippery or loose surfaces, 4HLc for rugged and low-grip terrain, and 4LLc for rock and steep crawls.
For Athlete 4WD, the Triton provides 7 Drive Modes: Normal, Mud, Gravel, Sand, Rock, Eco and Snow. Active Yaw Control directs precise torque to the wheels to make rounding corners safer, while Active Stability and Traction Control monitors traction and grip and applies brake force to help prevent skidding. Hill Start Assist, Trailer Stability Assist and Hill Descent Control provide additional support on slopes and while towing.
